.Ace Inflatables hires its equipment on the following terms and conditions.By placing an order with us either verbally or by email it is deemed that the customer has read and understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions.

The Hirer, the person who hires, or accepts the hire on behalf of a third party or organisation, company, public body, charity of the like accepts the responsibility for the operation and safe keeping of the equipment.

The Equipment, remains the property of Ace Inflatables at all times.

The Company, Ace Inflatables, its employees, servants or agents.

Conditions, the company reserve the right to cancel, alter or delay any bookings where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as serious illness, terrorism, severe weather or any other circumstances which would subject the company or any of its employees to danger.In the event of traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being able to fulfill our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. No compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.

The company reserve the right to substitute equipment on a like for like basis without notice in the event of previous damage or loss, and also reserves the right to amend and alter product specifications without prior notice.

It is understood by the hirer, or any authorised person by the hirer to operate the equipment, that the company is not responsible for accidents to any persons or damage to any property however caused in connection with or by the use of the equipment.

The hirer  should,

Ensure that all shoes and sharp objects IE, key rings, metal studded clothing must be removed before using the equipment.

The supervising adult (18 years old or over) must have sufficient authority to prevent careless or reckless behaviour or intentional rough play.

Operation guide

1 no food or drink on any unit

2 no persons to hang, sit or climb onto any walls or roofs of any

   units.

3 no  persons on any unit that exceeds the maximum age limit.

4 do not let the unit be over crowded.

5 do not let the unit be used in rain or strong winds ( dry wetness off

   before use )

6 do not allow users to be on units during inflation and deflation.

7 ensure users using the unit at the same time are of similar size

   and ability.

8 ensure no one is allowed on any unit under the influence of

   alcohol or drugs.

9 ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems,

   or a condition that is likely to harm themselves or others are   

   allowed to use any units.

10 the use of party poppers, silly string or similar products are

     not allowed any where near any units.

ALL DAMAGE TO UNITS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE HIRER

Please note Day hire is 6 hours hire in anyone hire period. Last pick up is 8pm summer time only and dusk March and October.We only provide 50 metres of cable per unit if you require longer cable runs please let us know when booking.

Payment terms are cash on delivery or cheque. Cheques must be posted 2 weeks before your event to
